PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The principal products of the company would be classified into three categories:-

1. Recovered Metal/Steel from Slag;
2. Ferrous Scrap;
3. Processed Slag;

To maximize the benefits from the metal recovery operations, it is proposed that the full operation is achieved in two stages.

Phase I of the operation will commence in six (6) months after the contract is signed. During this stage, the metal recovery from magnetic sweeping, breaking, cleaning and cutting is carried out. The output would be guarantee buy back by LICB group of companies at predetermined price. At the same time, to cover the overhead and service necessary financial institution.

Phase II of operation will commence in ten (10) months afterward, by the time, the slag processing and metal recovery plant will be commissioned and in full operation.

The company plans to commercialize the finished products in three (3) stages:

Stage 1:-
As soon as the plant is commissioned, the company will initiate its efforts to sell slag as a road aggregate. Typically for road base and bulk fill.

Stage 2:-
In the second stage, the finished products will be sold to asphalt mixers to make base course and wearing course.

Stage 3:-
Finally, high added-value slag products will be generated such as sand for anti-skid flooring material. In addition to the effective marketing of the steel slag, the company will set up our quality control procedures as well as laboratory testing of the products as to monitor the proper slag quality. At the same time, collaborate with local institution to further expose niche market and pursue for Malaysia recognition.
